Privacy Policy

When you use the request form on this website, you type:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address

You can also add an optional message. You can also choose, if you want to, whether the property is residential or commercial, the type of service you need, and your city. All three are optional.

The form also has a field that is hidden from people. It is there to catch automated spam, and it is normally empty.

When the form is sent, our server adds the address of the page you sent it from, the date and time, a reference number for the request, and a note that it came from this website. To slow down repeated submissions, the server counts requests by network (IP) address in temporary memory.

The server also notes which button on this website you pressed to open the form (for example the bar at the bottom of the screen, or a banner), or "direct" if you came to the page without one.

If you call us or text us, we receive what you say or write, and your phone number.

Our tools also collect basic device and page information when you visit: your network (IP) address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, andwhether you tap our phone number or send the form.

We see it. So do the service providers we use to run this website and our business:

• Hosting: this website is hosted on Vercel.
• DNS: Cloudflare manages our domain's DNS.
• Spam check: when you start filling in the form, your browser loads a spam check from Cloudflare, which receives your network (IP) address.
• Email: an email delivery service sends us the email that carries your request.
• Google tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads (see Cookies and measurement below).
• Our request and customer management tools: the information you send in the form is also sent to a customer management and automation service we use (HighLevel) so we can notify our team and keep business records.
• Jobber: the software we use for requests and jobs.

Clicking a link to Jobber takes you to its service, which has its own privacy policy. The same goes for the links to our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages, the websites of the Florida Swimming Pool Association and theBetter Business Bureau, and the other websites we link to.

Videos in the Reels section are served by Cloudflare Stream. When the Reels section loads, your browser requests thumbnail images from Cloudflare, and when you play a video, Cloudflare receives your IP address and device details.

The Pool Leak Bucket Test Video page does not contact YouTube when it loads. When you press its play button, a YouTube player loads, and YouTube receives your IP address and device details.

Every page ends with a map from Google Maps and a row of short videos from Cloudflare Stream. When a page loads, your browser requests the map from Google and the video thumbnails from Cloudflare, and each receives your IP address and device details.

When the row of videos scrolls into view, the videos load and play on a loop without sound, unless your device is set to reduce motion. A button under the row pauses them. The Follow link goes to the Instagram page of the business and loads nothing from Instagram until you click it.

Text messages are covered by our SMS Policy & Disclosure.

You can reply STOP to a text message to stop receiving texts.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (954) 781-4219.

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date below.
